摘要: 本研究主要目的在探討國民中學體育校師角色衝突與因應策略之現況與關係。本研究依據文獻探討之結果, 採用自編之「國民中學體育教師角色衝突與因應策略之研究問卷」為研究工具, 以雲嘉南地區之478位國民中學體育教師為研究對象, 共發出研究問卷478份, 回收有效問卷285份, 有效問卷回收率為59.62%, 所得資料經統計分析後, 獲得以下發現: 一、國民中學體育教師所知覺之角色衝突屬於中等程度。二、國民中體育教師所採取之角色衝突因應策略屬於中等程度。三、年資、兼任職務等背景變項, 在體育教師所知覺之角色衝突有顯著差異存在。四、學歷、年資等背景變項,在體育教師之角色衝突因應策略有顯著差異存在。五、國民中學體育教師所知覺之角色衝突與因應策略有顯著正相關。
hepurposes of this study were to explore the current situation and the relationship between role conflict and coping strategies for PE teachers in junior high schools. A questionnaire titled “Astudy on the relationship between role conflict and coping strategies of PE teachers in junior high schools" was distributed to 478 junior high school's PE teachers in Yunlin, Chian, and Tainan region. Based on questionnaires from 285 PE teachers, several conclusions made according to the research findings were: (1)At present, PE teachers in junior high schools feel that their role conflict was at middle level. (2) The coping strategies used by PE teachers of the junior high schools to handle the role conflict were at middle level. (3) There were significant differences of the role conflict among PE teachers due to the differences from seniority and job title. (4) There were significant differences of the coping strategies used by PE teachers due to the differences from education level and seniority. (5) Therewas a significant positive relationship between PE teachers' role conflict and coping strategies.
