Abstract:	隨著無線技術的發展及硬體的普及，無線網路的應用已是未來的趨勢。透過IP multicast技術可以使Source sender有效地向Internet上多個接收者進行多點傳送，因此十分適合用來傳送多媒體資料流，但由於接收者可以位於Internet上任何地方，這會使得接收者收到同一份資料的時間並不相同。當IP Multicast應用於無線網路的環境而行動用戶扮演接收者角色時，這種收到同一份資料的時間不相同的情形，將會使得行動用戶Hand-off而進入另一個Cell時，可能無法即時收到需要的多媒體資料封包而產生播放中斷。本文的目的即在異質性網路下，利用Mobile IP建立一個支援行動用戶接收多媒體Multicast stream封包的架構，使得行動用戶在進行Hand-off時不會因為各個基地台接收同一份多媒體封包時間不一而產生行動用戶播放多媒體物件的中斷。
