Abstract:	本計畫所研製之電力品質監控系統將應用在半導體或精密工業廠房之電力供應系統。在這些須全天候運作的作業環境下，自動化機具對電力的使用與一般家用電系統截然不同。主要目的在於分析與因應電力系統產生電壓驟降及諧波失真時，對於半導體廠主電源及機械搬運系統使用時之影響，進行電壓驟降及諧波補償技術之分析與開發。
