摘要: 領導是組織管理上相當重要的議題,而有關領導的理論也不斷推陳出斬,本文主要目的在於探討Conger與Kanungo所提出的「神魅領導」理論及其模式。首先,說明神魅領導的主要意涵;其次,介紹神魅領導的理論模式,模式主要包涵對環境象絡的敏感度、對組織未來願景的說明以及達成願景的行動;第三,分別論述神魅領導對組織效能、組織管理文化及組織成員的影響性;最後,則說明達到神魅領導之若干途徑,以使理論能與實務充分結合。
  Leadership is an important topic in organizations. Many theories of leadership are proposed constantly. This paper attempts to discuss charismatic leadership suggested by Conger and Kanungo. To understand it, there are four main sections in the paper. First, the concept of charismatic leadership has to be specified. Secondly, the theoretical framework of it, including sensitivity to the environmental context, formulation of organizational future visions and achieving the visions, is described deliberately. Thirdly, it is essential to analyze substantial impacts of charismatic leadership on organizational effectiveness, culture and members. Finally, I try to suggest some approaches of achieving charismatic leadership to improve organizational effectiveness.
