| Abstract: | 廣義上，幾乎所有的物質皆是經由組裝構成的，不論是自然的、還是人工的，隨機的，還是事先經過規劃的；小到原子和遺傳物質，大到台北101樓與宇宙中的星體，皆有組裝的影子。從工程設計的觀點來看，組裝可以將元件依序安裝成具有特殊形狀或功能的結構，奈微組裝則為來自不同尺度與製程技術的奈微機電元件提供了新的整合技術。本文將簡介奈微組裝的發展與應用。 |
