Abstract:	歐規DVB-T數位電視地面廣播系統使用COFDM技術,發射端可根據地理位置、網絡類型及臨界接收狀況等,對發送的參數進行調整,也可以採用單頻網路來提高頻譜使用效率,加上DVB-T系統的接收機對於回波與反射有良好抗拒能力,因此特別適合於行動接收.建置數位電視地面廣播系統的工程技術比類比系統要復雜的多,因此世界各國大多還在測試改良階段,臺灣地區目前已進行分區試播,本文主要探討如何建設數位電視之單頻網路傳輸系統,以及建設單頻網路需考慮的問題,文中並針對數位電視之行動接收網路做了說明,最後針對歐洲各國數位電視地面廣播網路規劃做研究,並說明電視學會擬提出之臺灣數位電視地面廣播網路規劃時程,供數位電視地面廣播網路規劃者研究參考.
