Abstract: 本文提出一個全數位控制燃料電池逆流器的設計以及實作,係利用燃料電池作為直流輸入電源(22VDC~50VDC),經推挽式DC-DC 轉換器將燃料電池輸出的直流低壓提升直流高電壓準位(200VDC),並以全橋式逆流器再經LC 低通濾波器得到60Hz110VAC 正弦交流電壓;進一步藉由模糊控制機制,以克服燃料電池輸出電壓隨負載變化影響,以及逆流器電壓增益因非線性負載因素產生變化之問
題,進而獲得較佳之線性調整及負載調節性能。
This paper presents a digital control fuel cell inverter and make an actually experimentation. The proposed system consists of a pushpull DC-DC
converter to step up the fuel cell voltage (22VDC~50VDC) to high voltage (200 VDC), and a Full Bridge inverter with low pass filter to convert the DC voltage to 110VAC 60Hz. Further by Fuzzy control mechanism to overcome the fuel cell voltage with the variety of influences which accompanies the load, and to get better linear adjusting and regulating performance of the load for improving the inverter voltage gain with the nonlinear load.
