Abstract:	在多目標追蹤(Multiple-Target Tracking,MTT)系統中，資料相關結合技術為判定雷達量測訊號與既存目標關係的重要關鍵。本文提出運用競爭式類神經網路(Competitive HopfieldNeural Network, CHNN)資料相關結合技術，追蹤多個變速度的目標；擷取其特殊的運算架構，有效改善傳統神經網路於資料相關結合時，產生不合理的解。並應用影像處理技術，將獲得的影像經影像處理程序，取得其中的特徵數值資訊，提供至追蹤系統，加強其追蹤目標的強度，使得量測訊號與目標能有更好的匹配。經模擬結果顯示，本文提出的方法能有效的解決在複雜的環境中資料相關結合技術的問題。
