Abstract:	本論文結合模糊查詢和網路服務之技術實作一個人力資源網路服務整合平台，以擴充人力資源網站模糊查詢系統(FQHR)為服務導向架構。首先，透過人力資源網路服務整合平台的開放式標準，每個服務提供者都可以經由整合平台的UDDI 註冊來提供六種網路服務，包括求職模糊查詢Web Service、求才模糊查詢Web Service、RSS 訂閱人才Web Service、RSS 訂閱工作機會Web Service、工作機會資料登錄Web Service 、和履歷資料登錄Web Service。其次，使用者可利用此整合平台來一次選取多個人力資源網站的網路服務，以同時進行多個人力資源網站的模糊查詢或資料登錄。第三，整合平台利用WSDL、XML、SOAP、和HTTP 等標準格式和傳輸協定來連結與溝通各個人力資源網站。此外，我們並使用Web 2.0網站技術來結合人力資源網路服務整合平台，實作了一個名稱為「人職社群」的人力資源社群平台，以展示和驗證本論文所提出之方法。
