Abstract: 近年來能源價格不斷上揚,人類使用的傳統能源日益耗竭是不爭的事實,促使世界各國在能源使用上,已有相當的轉變。取自大自然、用之不竭的綠色能源,例如太陽能、風力等再生能源,以之取代傳統能源,並減少化石燃料使用引發的溫室氣體排放問題,故積極發展綠色能源的使用為世界之新興潮流。尖端科技發展與推動基礎科學密不可分,基礎科學的知識延伸與理論的應用使高科技產業研發源源不斷,未來台灣也將轉向高技術密集產業,發展建立自己的優勢產業。深耕能源光電技術產業,吸收並培育更多人才投入此一領域已是刻不容緩。藉由本計畫的執行推廣,邀請國內太陽能光電產學業專家及學者共同授課,太陽能種子教師研習及綠色科技科普活動之舉辦,培育更多人才進入太陽能光電科技之研究及產業,以提高我國太陽能光電科技之國家競爭力,綜合產官學研資源規劃創新且具競爭力之跨領域研究,亦可達到產學研技術交流的目標。我們期盼,藉由本計畫的執行,能達成連貫彰化縣中小、高中(職)、大專院校、研究所及在職階段的綠色科技創意人才培育目標,屆時孕育符合二十一世紀綠色矽島潮流之高科技人才。
The price of energy is raising up constantly in recent years. It is an irrefutable fact that the traditional energy that the mankind used is being exhausted day by day. So impels the countries all over the world to have suitable transitions in the energy is used. Naturally and not exhausted for fetching green energy, recycled energy, such as solar energy, wind-force,etc. Replace traditional energy with it and reduce the greenhouse gas caused by the using of fossil fuel problems. So the development green energy actively is a new developing trend of the world. The most advanced development in science and technology and promoting the fundamentals to be inseparable. The knowledge of the fundamentals extends the application with the theory to make the Hi-Tech industry research and develop continually. Taiwan will turn to the high skill-intensive industry too in the future and set up one's own advantage industry in development. Absorb and foster more talents to invest in the photoelectric energy technical industry very urgently already. Through popularizing with the execution of this plan. invite the domestics photoelectric energy technic expert and scholar to give lessons together. The seed teacher of solar energy studies and the popular science activity of green science and technology foster more talents entering solar energy photoelectric science and technology research and industry .In order to improve of our country solar energy photoelectric national competitiveness .And Integration all resource plan innovating and Cross-Field competitive study synthetically, can also reach the goal of the exchange of technology of production, teaching, research. We expect, with the execution of this plan, can reach the consistent and foster middle, primary ,high schools ,universities and research institute talent of green technical innovation of Changhua county. Pregnant with according with the high-tech talent of the green trend of silicon island in the 21st century when the time comes.
