Abstract: 本文主要探討自動脈衝式780-nm 砷化鋁鎵雷射的特性,以及溫度與操作電流對其脈衝頻率的影
響。結果發現:由於活性層中增益區對雷射光的貢獻,以及損失區對光子的吸收作用,因而使得雷射光的輸出
功率產生self-pulsation 的現象。此外,脈衝頻率會隨著溫度的上升而下降;同時,操作電流約在23 mA 之前,
脈衝頻率會隨著操作電流的上升而上升,當操作電流超過23 mA 時,則觀察不到self-pulsation 的現象。
