Title: 中部某區域教學醫院護理人員工作壓力之調查研究

Abstract: 本研究主要目的為探討中部某區域教學醫院護理人員之工作壓力,藉由對護理人員壓力多元化之了解,有助於擬定因應策略,提升護理人員之工作適應能力。採問卷調查之設計,於95年2月至95年6月間,對中部某區域教學醫院所有未滿一年之新進人員105人及及工作滿一年之護理人員105人進行資料收集。共計發出問卷210份,扣除無效問卷後,共計197份有效問卷,有效問卷回收率93.8%。研究資料以SPSS套裝軟體建檔進行統計分析。結果發現護理人員整體工作壓力平均得分108.3分。加護中心護理人員壓力最大,新進與非新進護理人員壓力不同,並針對研究發現提供建議作為學校課程設計及護理人員在職訓練之參考。
The purpose of this study was to understand the level of stress on nurse in a Regional Teaching Hospital. 105 new staff and 105 non-new staff participated in this study. Among 210 issued questionnaires, a total of 197 effective questionnaires were collected. The valid sample return-ratio is 93.8%. SPSS/10.0 software was used to analyze data. The results revealed that mean score of stress questionnaire was 108.3. Among the subscales, the highest standardized mean score was on care near-dying patient. The finding may be used as a reference for curriculum design of nursing and new staff training.
