Abstract:	技優選手是技職教育的精英，教師如何以有效的方式及最短時間，發掘優秀的人才，以培養高素質的技職人才，是技職學校專業教師的重要議題。本計畫擬探討核心能力相近的高職電機電子群金手獎學生，如何在技藝競賽中勝出之個人特質，希望藉由訪問金手獎培訓老師及學生本人，以發現學生的特質，將人才的選拔及學校教育的目標，變成可以參考的價值。本計畫擬以紮根理論方式進行，藉由紮根理論窮究資料的方式，歸納出電機電子群金手獎學生的特質，提供老師選才、育才，以培育技職教育的優秀人才。
