Abstract: 本計畫為二年期計畫,主要目的是研究高等技職教育電機系學生所需語言與溝通基本能力,並利用人力資源發展觀點探討高等技職教育電機系學生所需語言與溝通基本能力及建立其指標及評量模組,以作為我國技職校院電機科系技職教育課程發展、教學實
施及評量之基準。本計畫第一年進行文獻探討、深度訪談、召開小組專家座談會及問卷調查法,以瞭解高等技職教育電機系學生所需語言與溝通基本能力;今年為第二年持續進行文獻探討及採用焦點團體訪談法,以建構高等技職教育電機系學生語言與溝通能力
指標標與評量模組;希望經由本計畫的完成,逐漸發展成全國高等技職教育電機系學生能力開發之研究發展中心,爲電機技術各行職業建立語言與溝通基本能力標準之資料庫,作為產業界僱用人力、敘薪、在職訓練及技職教育甚至普通教育,規劃工作導向課
程之指標依據。
The purpose of the study was to investigate the needs of language and communication capability for electrical engineering department students at Higher Vocational Education System, and establish their basic indicators and assessment model by the concept of human resources. Expect for Curriculum development, teaching implementation and the standard of assessment as the principle of Higher Vocational Education System. The next objective of the study is how to transform the basic capability and the indicator into the curriculum, and what kind of educational model should use. By the study, develop curriculum model and curriculum teaching material provides electrical engineering department students at Higher Vocational Education System and other training institute to cultivate human resources to needs the use of language and communication basic capability for students. This research is two-year study, the first year implemented by literature review, depth interview, expert meetings and the questionnaire to understand the needs of language and communication capability for electrical engineering department students at Higher Vocational Education System. The second year continues to carry on the literature to discuss and take focus groups interview to establish their basic indicators and assessment model for the students. By the study, hope to set up the research and development center for National Higher Vocational Education System at electrical engineering department. The standard of language and communicate model take all engineering fields as employment, salary, in-service training, vocational education and general education.
