Abstract:	本文旨在發展一個衡量Web-based 資訊系統(IS)對組織效益之量表。本量表主要含蓋策略效益、資訊效益，及交易效益等三大構面，並經嚴格的信度與效度檢定。本研究採橫斷面研究設計，在Internet上分二階段進行push式網路問卷調查，訪問國內在網路上建置商業網站之業者，共有效回收問卷376份。回收樣本資料經過LISREL測量模式分析與不同樣本資料組交叉複驗，反覆分析後，求得IS組織效益之精緻化量表，其中衡量策略資訊的指標又可細分為：競爭優勢、策略聯盟、顧客關係；資訊效益的衡量指標亦可細分為：資訊擷取、資訊管控及資訊彈性；而衡量交易效益的指標亦包括三種型態：溝通效率、系統發展效率，及企業效率。
