Abstract:	網路新時代的校務參與，以多媒體非同步溝通方式逐漸取代同步面對面溝通式。本研究旨在探討大專學生使用網際網路參與校務之行為並提出行為模式。為驗證本研究模式，採用調查問卷法，調查中國海商專校學生使用校園網頁參與校務行為。資料分析採結構模式分析法(SEM)來檢定測量模式及結構模式。結果發現本研究所提出的結構模式「使用動機→涉入度→滿意度→再參與意願」單向因果鍵獲得支持，即使用者動機愈高，對學校網頁的涉入就越深，其使用者滿意度亦愈會高。使用者愈滿意系統所提供的資訊功能，則再參與意願也會愈高。
