Abstract: This paper presents a new control technique of decentralized large-scale power systems. Computer control is deployed in the overall system. Stabilizing control and reliable control of power systems are achieved via decentralized control. The developed technique will help to simplify system analysis, solve breakdown problem, improve manufacturing process, minimize the cost, and stabilize the systems.
