Abstract: This paper reports on a study investigating the relationship between available computer resources in schools and science achievement. Although the effects of computers on academic achievement has been extensively studied, the results are inconsistent. This study is a follow-up to Alspaugh (1999) and was conducted with the participation of (n=80) school districts from a Midwestern state. Results suggest that there is a positive relationship between the number of computers available in schools and students' science achievement.
