Abstract: 塑膠射出成型是目前最常使用的成型技術。在進行塑膠射出成型時,為獲得最佳的塑件品質,除了良好的模具設計外,還需考慮設計參數。本研究利用模流分析軟體,來探討澆口位置對射出塑件的影響與可能之較佳澆口位置,以驗證澆口位置對塑件成型的重要性。本文首先利用Pro/ENGINEER 2.0 軟體繪製出幾何零件,透過模仁設計流程,製作出一組模具。利用Mold Flow 軟體,以相同的分析形式、成型條件和塑膠材料,並以不同澆口位置作為變項因素,探討不同進澆位置對成品的影響,例如充填時間、射出溫度、模穴壓力以及縫合線,藉此相互比較並選用較佳的結果,得知三種不同澆口位置中,可能較佳之澆口位置。
At present, the injection molding process is the most popular plastic processing method. In order to get plastic parts with good qualities, good mold design and design parameters are the preliminary requirements. This research utilizes the software of mold flow to investigate into gate location for the influence of possible best gate location. This result verified gate location importance in plastic injection molding. At first, the paper utilizes Pro/ENGINEER 2.0 software to draw out the part of geometry shape. The molds manufacture through the procedure of mold cavity design. The same analysis methods, same forming conditions, same plastic materials and various gate location are chosen as mold flow software. Fill time, injection temperature, mold cave pressure and weld line are chosen to investigate into the influence of gate location. A series of simulation are performed in order to verify the better gate location for plastic injection molding of three various gate location.
