Abstract:	抽拉製程中許多加工因子必須被控制以獲得加工所需之塑性應變與設計公差?主要的設計因子包括斷面縮減率、潤滑、抽拉速度和模具角度。本文使用剛塑性有限元素DEFORMTM 2D軟體，研究鈦合金(Ti-6Al-4V)抽拉線通過圓錐形模具的塑性變形行為，在不同抽拉條件下，包含圓錐形模具半模角和胚料抽拉後直徑(斷面縮減率Re)等，以分析胚料抽拉後破壞因子、有效應變、有效應力與模具徑向負荷分布等。模擬分析結果希望能確認有限元素軟體對鈦合金抽拉製程成形性之適用性。
