Abstract:	CPU 散熱片型材於擠製製造法當中，主要是靠導流板及主模軸承長度之設計，以直接擠製法做兩次的塑性變形，使得胚料於流動時得到較佳的控制。本文主要是使用有限元素分析之套裝軟體DEFORMTM3D，針對CPU 散熱片的形式來模擬恆溫熱擠時，胚料於模具內之塑性變形行為。改變模具之摩擦因子和胚料溫度作為變數，來探討胚料所受的軸向負荷、有效應變、有效應力、速度分佈和擠製後成品曲率之變化。模擬分析結果希望能確認有限元素軟體對銅合金與鈦合金應用於CPU 散熱片擠製加工成形性之適用性。
