Abstract:	本文以有限元素分析DEFORMTM 2D建構鈦合金車床切削模擬，車刀種類為有排屑糟之粗車刀。規劃前隙角、後斜角、進給率作為切削製程參數，各個參數設定三種變化因子，共二十七組切削條件組合。分析和探討不同的切削條件下的切屑形成、切削力、有效應力、有效應變、破壞值和切削溫度的變化。結果顯示前隙角、後斜角和進給率都有些許影響，影響最大為進給率，進給率越大，刀具溫度越高，有效應力由刀尖轉移至排屑槽，應力集中造成刀具崩裂也是主要因素。
