Abstract:	本加工機乃運用凸輪分度器每60°一站，360°共分六站之作動原理設計分度機構，並使用Solid Works 建構出分度機構實體模型、尺寸並做機構動態模擬，同時設計連結機構、夾具機構及設計出鉚釘機外型且模擬鉚合加工位置。將設計完成的零件轉為程式碼利用CNC工具機加工完成各部位零件並配合傳統機械製造以製作出半自動送料鉚釘加工機實體。最後應用可程式控制器（PLC）控制三相馬達帶動凸輪分度器產生分度效果，同時控制鉚釘機作動及氣壓動作完成半自動鉚釘加工作業。
