Abstract: 遴選適任的管理人員一直是企業重要的課題。人才的遴選屬於多屬性決策問題。由於遴選條件的質化性,以及評估人員主觀的判斷所隱含的模糊性,使得人才遴選工具編製更形困難。本研究旨在應用模糊層級分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process)建構「我國流通業管理人員專業能力評量架構」,據以發展有效的群體遴選工具;進一步藉由實務界專家的深度訪談,以瞭解其權衡相對權重之考量因素,可掌握產業管理重點,作為策略擬定之參考。
