Abstract:	成功創業者具有特定的人格特質、態度與能力。有效能的創業教育機構需針對其各自的目標，衡量其資源與能力，建立適合的學生甄選標準。傳統甄選工具皆假設各能力與特質間之關係僅為相關或獨立，沒有考量「交互影響」(interaction)或「加乘」（回饋）等因素。本研究擬將學生的人格特質和能力的交互影響納入考量，結合模糊德菲法(Fuzzy Delphi Method)與網路層級分析法(Analytic Network Process; ANP)技術，提出一套可依需求進行策略性調整的甄選工具，以協助各校依據各產業別之特性以及學校發展特色，甄選所需學生。是以本研究具創新與實務應用之綜效。
