Abstract:	流通人才的培育是發展流通業的根本。企業如何在資源有限的情況下建構出一套能夠符合組織所需要之多元化、整合型的員工訓練課程，以快速反應在人力需求上的變化，對於企業人力增強的重要性不可言喻。本研究旨在應用模糊層級分析法(Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process)建構「我國流通業管理人員專業能力」評量架構，將學界、業界專家分兩組進行構面權重比較，分析其在專業能力認知上的差異，運用品質機能展開(Quality function development)發展滿足產業需求之流通業員工訓練課程模組，作為產業界人才培訓及學術界課程設計策略規劃的參考。
