摘要: 本研究的目的主要在:1.了解不同背景變項之筆記型電腦測試部門員工工作價值觀之差異情形;2.了解不同背景變項之筆記型電腦測試部門員工工作滿意度之差異情形;.探討不同背景變項之筆記型電腦測試部門員工工作價值觀與工作滿意度之相關情形。本研究以問卷調查法為主,以專家會議及內容分析法為輔,問卷調查以「隨機抽樣」全球五大筆記型電腦代工廠測試部門之員工,共 600 份問卷,其中有效問卷為 471 份,有效回收率 78.5﹪。
本研究所採用的量表參考「工作價值觀調查表」與「明尼蘇達工作滿意度問卷」等文獻編製而成,研究母群為全球五大筆記型電腦代工廠測試部門員工,研究資料分析採
用描述性統計、獨立樣本 t考驗、單因子變異數分析、薛費事後比較法、皮爾森積差相關等進行分析。
本研究獲致之具體結果如下:1.不同個人變項之筆記型電腦測試部門員工之工作價值觀在社會地位與責任感等向度有顯著差異;2.不同個人變項之筆記型電腦測試部門員工之工作滿意度在人際關係、升遷、工作環境與上司領導等向度有顯著差異;3.筆記型電腦測試部門員工之工作價值觀與工作滿意度之間有顯著正相關。
The aims of this research are as below:
1.Understand the differences of work values of notebook testing dept. staff based on different background variables.
2.Understand the differences of work satisfaction of notebook testing dept. staff based on different background variables.
3.Look into the related situations between work values and satisfaction of notebook testing dept. staff based on different background variables.
This research is based on questionnaire surveys, supplemented by professional conference and content analysis method and randomly sampling testing dept. staff of global 5th great notebook OEM. 600 surveys have been conducted with 471 of them valid. This makes a participation (cooperation) rate of 78.5%. This research referred to the survey forms of “Working Values Survey” and “Minnesota working satisfaction questionnaire”. The research population is the testing dept. staff of global 5th great notebook OEM. We adopted descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheff’e Method, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and so on to go into analysis. The concrete conclusions are as below:
1.There are remarkable differences in notebook testing dept. staff’s working values on social status and responsibility based on different individual variables
2.There are conspicuous differences on notebook testing dept. staff’s working satisfaction on relationship, promotion, working environment and leadership based on different individual variables
3.There is positive correlation between working values and working satisfaction of notebook testing dept. staff.
