Abstract: 本研究旨在探討半導體產業工程人員組織文化與組織公民行為之關係,並分析比較不同個人背景變項與不同組織背景變項之工程人員在組織文化與組織公民行為的差異情形。為有效達成研究目的,本研究首先建立完整的組織文化與組織公民行為之理論基礎,針對國內半導體產業工程人員進行問卷調查,總共發放1630 份問卷,回收532 份,剔除無效問卷9 份,實得有效樣本523 份,有效回收率為32.09%,並以獨立樣本t 考驗、單因子變異量分析、典型相關分析等統計方法考驗各研究假設。具體而言,本研究結果為(1)半導體產業男性工程人員在組織文化上的認知高於女性工程人員,但在組織公民行為上的認知,男性工程人員與女性工程人員則無顯著差異(2)半導體產業工程人員其教育程度為研究所以上者在組織文化與組織公民行為上的認知高於教育程度為專科院校以下者(3)不同年齡與不同工作年資的半導體產業工程人員在組織文化與組織公民行為上的認知均無顯著差異(4)半導體製造產業之工程人員在組織文化與組織公民行為上的認知高於其他半導體產業之工程人員(5)不同公司成立年數、不同資本額、不同公司總人數與不同公司營業額之工程人員在組織文化與組織公民行為上的認知均無顯著差異(6)半導體產業組織文化與組織公民行為之關係有顯著相關存在。
The main purpose of this research is to probe into the factors of the relationship on organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior for engineers of Semiconductor industry in Taiwan. In addition, this research also investigated differences within background variables of engineers on organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior. In order to achieve the purpose of this research, this research was selected by the purposive sampling method from Semiconductor industry in Taiwan. The research totally delivered 1,630 questionnaires and returned 532 questionnaires; the valid questionnaires had 523 copies,which occupy 32.09% of questionnaire being issued. The research outcomes were yielded from analyses such as t-test, one-way ANOVA and canonical correlation analysis. According to the investigation result of questionnaire, the consequences of this research are specified as below: 1.The male engineers’ organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior significant higher than female in Semiconductor industry in Taiwan. 2.The engineer’s educational background higher than institute which organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior significant and high in Specialty College engineering personnel.
3.The engineer’s age and seniority in Semiconductor industry have no significant difference in organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior. 4.IC Integrated Device Manufacturer industry compares with the industry of other types, its engineer in organizing the cognition degree of organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior of performance high in other type industries.
5.The engineer of different in establishes, capital of the company and the engineer of company total number in organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior have no significant difference in Semiconductor industry. 6.The Semiconductor industry in organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior have significant related
