Title:	不同半導體產業類型、組織文化、組織公民行為對組織效能影響之研究 A Research to the Influences of Semiconductor Industry of Organizational Culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Effectiveness

Abstract:	本研究旨在分析比較不同半導體產業類型在組織文化、組織公民行為及組織效能上之差異，並探討組織文化、組織公民行為與組織效能之間的關係及半導體產業組織效能影響因素。為有效達成研究目的，本研究首先建立完整的組織文化、組織公民行為與組織效能之理論基礎，進而發展問卷初稿，經專家審查、項目分析以考驗問卷之信、效度。並針對國內半導體產業之工程人員進行問卷調查，總共發放1630份問卷，回收532份，剔除無效問卷9份，實得有效樣本523份，有效回收率為32.09％。最後以單因子變異數分析、典型相關等統計方法，以考驗各項研究假設。具體而言，本研究結果為：(1)國內半導體製造產業在組織文化與組織公民行為之認知程度高於半導體封裝產業，且半導體製造產業在組織效能之表現高於其它類型產業。(2)國內半導體產業組織文化與組織公民行為呈高度正相關。(3)國內半導體產業組織文化與組織效能呈高度正相關。(4)國內半導體產業組織公民行為與組織效能呈高度正相關。(5)影響國內半導體產業工程人員組織效能之直接因素為半導體產業類型、組織文化之「官僚型文化」、「創新型文化」與「支持型文化」、組織公民行為之「認同組織」與「工作盡責」等變項。
