Abstract: This study was designed the display technological materials with SCORM standards. The design core was to develop the standardized learning
components and it could be exchanged and used in line with SCORM platform. In addition, the study constructed the display technological curriculum content for technological and vocational student with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. The hierarchical structure is formulated by reviewing the related literature and interviewing the experts. Then, a questionnaire survey is conducted to determine the weight of each factor in the second component. Finally, the SCORM materials developed in this study were done via materials analysis, design, development, then collate materials for the first draft of the digital display technology, which includes three chapters and 16 sub-units.
