Abstract:	本研究旨在探討技術移轉過程中影響專利／技術授權價格之重要指標。首先就理論與實務兩方面探究企業專利／技術評價指標，並從文獻探討中彙總出各構面的專利／技術評價指標以及其內涵，再經由專家深度訪談確認後，透過專家之意見，建立本研究之專利／技術評價指標，並藉由模糊層級程序分析法（Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process），確立企業專利授權評價指標之權重。最後發展出企業專利／技術評價之指標與其權重，以提供企業界做為專利管理策略之參考。
