Abstract: 本文提出一種新的賈可比矩陣分佈因子法用於電力系統之經濟調度。此一方法可改善發電量變動分佈因子、廣義發電量變動分佈因子以及母線阻抗分佈因子等三種敏感因子法之缺點,能準確計算出當母線複數功率注入量改變時對線路實功率及虛功率流量之影響,因此,極適合應用於即時經濟調度需快速計算及高準確性之要求。首先,本文推導未考慮線路安全流量限制之賈可比矩陣分佈因子法經濟調度數學模型;其次,再將線路安全流量限制納入考慮,推導出更符合實際運轉情況下之經濟調度數學模型;最後,再利用IEEE 14-Bus 測試系統配合傳統以電力潮流為基礎的經濟調度求解方法進行模擬分析與比較,進而驗證本文所提方法之理論正確性與實用價值。由數值模擬之結果證明賈可比矩陣分佈因子法經濟調度非常快速且準確,極適合應用於電力系統之線上即時經濟調度。
This paper presents a new sensitivity factor, which called Jacobian Based Distribution Factor (JBDF), for the power system economic dispatch. The proposed method can improve the shortcomings of the several sensitivity factors, such as Generation Shift Distribution Factor (GSDF), Generalized Generation Shift Distribution Factor (GGDF) and Z-Bus Distribution Factor (ZBD). Therefore, the JBDF economic dispatch method can precisely compute the complex power line flows by reflecting the active and reactive power injection changes into the complex power line flows. Consequently, it is suitable for the real-time economic dispatch that required fast computation and high accuracy. First, the mathematic model of the JBDF economic dispatch method without the line security constraints is derived, and then the line security constraints are considered to derive a new one that approached the practical condition. Finally, in order to verify the accuracy and practical value of the proposed method, this method is tested by IEEE 14-Bus systems and is compared with the traditional power flow based economic dispatch method. The numerical simulation results demonstrate that the proposed JBDF economic dispatch method is very accurate and fast in computation. It is very suitable for real-time economic applications.
