Abstract: 在這篇計畫中一系列含單、雙和三陰離子多螯吡咯衍生物配位基和多螯的含氮配位基將會被合成出來。計畫中所用到的金屬將包含主族、鹼土金族和過渡金屬元素。這些新的有機金屬錯化合物其合成、性質還有應用將會被完整探討。對於第一年的計畫,我們將嘗試開發一系列新穎且可以作為單、雙和三陰離子配位基的吡咯衍生物配位基。立體障礙大的R取代基將會被引進配位基系統中。包含吡咯衍生物配位基的鋁氫錯化合物將會被合成出來並對其反應和應用進行測試。對於第二年的計畫,主族、鹼土金族金屬將會被引進並期望合成出包含吡咯衍生物配位基的主族、鹼土金族金屬錯化合物。這些金屬錯化合物對小分子的反應和使用鈦硫亞氨錯化合物對炔進行氨基加成的催化反應將會被研究。對於第三年的計畫,後過渡金屬錯化合物如鐵、鎳和銅在第三年將會被引進。所有包含雙和三陰離子多螯吡咯衍生物配位基的新化合物能各自從金屬鹵基和金屬烷基起始物經由置換或脫去烷類來得到。一系列的多螯含氮配位基和其後過度金屬錯化合物將會被合成。新化合物的活性對ATRP的成效將會被測量而這些後過渡金屬錯化合物的應用來連接生化相關的無機模擬錯化合物將會被研究。
A series of new mono-, di-, and tri-anioic multidentate substituted pyrrole ligands and multidentate nitrogen containing ligands will be synthesized in this proposal. All the metals involved in the project will cover the main group, alkaline earth, and transition elements. Syntheses, characterization, and applications of these new organometallic complexes will be completed. For the first year of this proposal, we will try to develop a series of new substituted pyrrole ligands which can be acted as mono-, di-, and tri-anioic multidentate ligands. Bulkier R group will be introduced in the ligand systems. Aluminum hydride compounds containing pyrrolyl ligands will be synthesized and their reactions and applications will be tried. For the second year of this proposal, main group, alkaline earth metals will be introduced and their metal complexes containing pyrrolyl ligands are expected to be obtained. Reactions of these complexes with small molecules and catalytic reactions of alkyne hydroamination using titanium imido complexes will be studied. For the third year of this proposal, late transition metal complexes such as Fe, Ni, and Cu will be introduced in the third year. All the new compounds containing di- and tri-anionic pyrrolyl ligands can be synthesized from metal halides and metal alkyls via metathesis or demethanation, respectively. A series of multidentate nitrogen containing ligands and their late transition metals complexes will be synthesized. The performance of new compounds』 activity toward ATRP will be measured and the applications of these late transition metal compounds connecting to bio-related inorganic modeling complexes will be studied.
