Title: 男子網球選手反拍下旋球速度對著地角度之影響
Effect of Slice Backhand with Different Ball Speed on the Bounce Angle about Male Tennis Players

Abstract: 網球選手在比賽中經常使用反拍下旋球來回擊對手的來球,而要打出一個良好的反拍下旋球,擊球球速是一個相當重要的因素。因此,本研究之目的主要探討;(一)擊球球速與入射角、反射角、角度差之相關。(二)高、低球速間入射角、反射角及角度差的差異性。本研究以國內網球排名前十五名之男選手五名為受試者。實驗中使用發球機控制發球速度、利用測速槍測量受試者回擊球速度,再以攝影機拍攝落於有效目標區的擊球,最後,將拍攝好之錄影帶進行數位化分析,結果發現受試者在球速與入射角、球速與反射角、球速與角度差皆達顯著負相關,(p<0.01),意謂反拍下旋球球速愈快,入射角、反射角及角度差皆愈小,而在差異性方面,高速下旋球的入射角、反射角和角度差皆小於低速下旋球的入射角、反射角及角度差。由以上結果推論,若要擊出一個落地後彈跳很低的切球,不僅要做好前臂向前完整揮擊的動作外,同時,也要有足夠的拍頭速度,所以,在網球訓練時,除了擊球準確度的練習外,擊球球速也應當重視,如此,才能打出完美而紮實的反拍下旋球。
Tennis players often used slice backhand in tennis matches. The ball speed plays an important role when the players perform a good slice. The objectives of this study were to determine (1) the correlation between (A) the ball speed and incident angle, (B) the ball speed and rebound angle, (C) the ball speed and the angle difference, as well as (2) the difference of (A) incident angle, (B) rebound angle, (C) the angle difference between the fast ball and slow ball. The subjects of this study were 5 males who rank top 15 in domestic. Ball projector is used to control the ball speed and speed gun, to measure the return speed. The ball trajectory was recorded in target area by high speed video camera. The results showed that the significant correlation were found between (A) the ball speed and incident angle, (B) the ball speed and rebound angle, (C) the ball speed and the angle difference. (p<0.01). It showed that the slice backhand with faster ball speed has less incident angle, rebound angle. There is significant difference between the fast ball and slow ball with backspin in (A) incident angle, (B) rebound angle, (C) difference. This result indicates that faster ball speed will make the ball skid and remain low when it bounces. The key movements during the backhand forward swing are forward rotation of the upper arm followed by extension of the forearm at the elbow. The elite tennis players should plays an important role in the development of racket speed in the backhand groundstroke. In conclusion, the tennis players should improve control ability, and more importantly, increase the ball speed in tennis drill.
