摘要: 本文以八十三年至九十八年間,大學入學考試國文學科能力測驗之五十二個寫作題做為研究對象。運用分析、歸納、統計等方法,得知:考題可分為傳統寫作題型、新型寫作題型,後者又可分為引導式、限制式兩種,其中又以提供白話閱讀資料的限制題型最多。經過多年的發展,九十一年是一個重要的轉關期,無論在題數、配分、施測時間、閱讀資料、限制條件等方面都有重大變革。再者,也使學測的新型寫作題具備讀寫合一、高層思考、多元實用、公平客觀、小中大配題等特色,其間雖有說明事項不明確、閱讀資料過多、二選一及多層命題可能造成評分不公等問題,但整體而言,仍是瑕不掩瑜,新型寫作題可說是測驗語文表達能力的優良試題。至於建議事項則有:繼續以新型寫作題做為考試的試題、題目的說明應力求明確、閱讀資料不宜過多或過長、儘量避免多層題型的設計、「二選一」的試題應注意彼此間的關聯性、避免將爭議性的主題引入考題、公告更多考試結果的相關資料、寫作題列於獨立的考試科目等,都將更有助於命題與測驗的發展。
This research took fifty-five writing topics of Chinese in the ability examinations from 1994 to 2009 as the main study subject. After a quantitative analysis of the data was conducted through descriptive statistics and induction, it indicates there are two writing patterns--traditional and new writing topics. The latter can be further divided into two patterns--guided and limited writing types. Among them, the limited type writing topics which provide vernacular reading material are of the greatest number. After many years of development, 2002 is the most important period. There were many reforms on the number of questions, score distributions, test time, reading material and limited restrictions. With these changes, new writing topics are characterized by reading-writing combinations, higher-thinking, diversification and practicality, objectivity, and appropriate percentage of topic distribution. Even though there are some problems such as imprecise instructions, too much reading data in the questions, choosing between two question types, and possible unfair grading due to multi-storey questions, new writing topics are still superior on the whole. Results of this study showed that new writing topics will be more contributive in formulating questions for an examination if the above-mentioned flaws can be avoided. To conclude, this study provides the following significant suggestions: new pattern writing topics continue to be used in the ability examination; the instructions of writing questions should be enhanced; the reading material in the writing questions should not be lengthy; multi-storey questions should be avoided; for choosing between two questions types, there should be a strong connection between the two topics. In addition, publishing more information of exam results, avoiding controversial issues and making composition an independent exam subject will help in the development of assigning topics and testing as well.
