| 摘要: | 電子商業以一種前所未有的方式，整合傳統商業活動中的物流、金流與資訊流，同時也幫助企業將客戶、經銷商、供應商以及員工結合在一起。在即將踏入全面性的資訊化網路社會的21世紀，唯有建構一個有效能的資訊網路系統（ INS ； Information Network System）來支援『電子商業』，才能使企業具有高度的競爭力。INS採用尊重人性的策略；強調網網相連,不同業種間可作水平整合，上下游廠商進行垂直整合，以達到企業聯盟的目標，並引用整合服務數位網路(ISDN) 、多媒體網際網路（Multimedia Internet）及加值型網路(VAN)等等資訊技術（IT），形成智慧型網路（ IN ； Intelligent Network）。一個傳統的企業要發展一個資訊網路系統以支援電子商業，往往不知如何著手，或引用不適當的方法，容易造成績效不彰或完全失敗。因為從傳統企業到電子商業，必然會在許多方面產生變革，例如企業流程、組織結構,管理方法、員工訓練﹍等等牽涉的層面和因素非常複雜。為了解決這個題，本研究在研究相關文獻後，歸納出以企業流程改造（BPR）的方式建立一個支援電子商業的資訊網路系統，將是最有效且可行的方式。因此本研究將以調查法（Survey），調查幾家上市公司運用企業流程改造（BPR）的方式建立一個支援電子商業的資訊網路系統的情況，並蒐集相關部門人員對本研究的意見和建議，再選擇一家最適合的公司，做個案深入探討，最後將再諮詢相關領域的專家數人，以進一步確定本研究之正確性及有效性。
Rapid growth in the Internet has created abundant e-business opportunities. A lot of companies incorporate Internet technology into their core business processes to achieve real business value because the potentiality of e-business. To build a powerful model of Intelligent Information Network System (IINS) is imperative for the success of e-business in a company. The IINS model must integrate the Intranet, Extranet, and Internet into a net-to-net linking system. Through the Supply Chain Management (SCM) for e-business, the IINS model serves three primary functions: 1) supports for a company’s efficient e-business operations, 2) offers information to support managerial tasks and strategic decision-making, planning, and implementation, and 3) presents effective business intelligence. How to successfully build the IINS model is the key point. For increasing in global competition, customer requirements, and environmental regulations, dramatic changes are required
by many firms for future success. Therefore, this research suggests an integrated methodology of business process reengineering (BPR) to build the model of IINS for supporting the e- Business. Furthermore, this research verifies the concepts of the whole study through an empirical case study. |
