摘要: 在本研究中,研究者以實驗方式分析兩位自閉症兒童之固著行為的功能,並評估以功能分析為基礎的介入策略,對降低兩位自閉症兒童固著行為的成效。本研究的研究對象分別為一位六歲大男童(個案甲)與一位五歲大女童(個案乙)。
首先,經功能分析(步驟一)的結果,顯示個案甲的固著行為功能屬於多重增強,其結合了社會性正增強與自動增強;而個案乙的固著行為功能屬於自動增強。接著,由刺激偏好及增強物評量(步驟二)的結果,決定兩位自閉症兒童的增強物。最後,在介入方面(步驟三),研究者以功能性溝通訓練結合非立即性增強為介入策略,成功減少兩位自閉症兒童的固著行為。
In this investigation, the researcher experimentally assessed the functions of stereotypical behaviors and evaluated the effects of functionally based interventions to decrease problem behaviors for two children with autism (a 6-year-old boy and a 5-year-old girl). A functional analysis (phase 1) identified that the stereotypical behavior were maintained by multiple reinforcement (attention and automatic reinforcement ) for the boy and by automatic reinforcement for the girl. Stimulus preferences and reinforcers assessment was used to determine the reinforcers of each child in phase 2. In the treatment phase (phase 3), the researcher combined functional communication training (FCT) and noncontingent reinforcement (NCR) as treatment to intervene stereotypical behabiors for two children with autism. Results for 2 participants showed that functionally based interventions could be successfully taught to decrease two children’s stereotypical behaviors.
