| 摘要: | 本研究旨在探討安全氣候與安全績效的關係。台灣高速鐵路某工程標的232員工，於民國91年完成一項自陳式問卷調查，回覆率為92.80%。皮爾森相關及典型相關分析結果，發現安全氣候與安全績效呈顯著正相關，而且安全氣候的「緊急應變」與安全績效具有最強的正相關。因此，該組織管理者可藉由創造積極的安全氣候，以追求卓越的安全績效，尤其是可以加強員工緊急應變能力來達成此一目標。
The study examines the relationship between safety climate and safety performance. A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among the employees within Taiwan High Speed Rail Contract in 2002. The number of respondent was 232, and response rate was 92.80%. Both Pearson correlation analysis and Canonical correlation analysis reveal a significant positive correlation between the climate and the performance, and a strongest positive correlation between emergency response and the performance. Accordingly, managers may pursue the excellent safety performance by creating positive safety climate. Moreover, managers may enhance the competency of employees' emergency response to achieve this goal. |
