摘要: 本研究旨在發展足以衡量TFT-LCD製造業安全氣候的工具--安全氣候量表(SCS)。研究人員採取問卷調查法以達成研究目的。研究對象為台灣中部某TFT-LCD製造業陣列、面板、彩色濾光片、及其他支援部門為等四個部門的560名主管及工程師。研究人員立意抽樣以抽取120名受試者並發給每位受試者一份問卷,結果回收有效樣本數為91份,問卷的回覆率達75.83%。經以SPSS 12.0執行探索性因素分析及內部一致性分析,結果該量表抽取員工的安全承諾、緊急應變及風險知覺等三個因素,其特徵值皆大於6.94,累積解釋變異量達到64.34%。此外,各分量表及整體量表的Cronbach's α 皆大於0.91。此乃顯示本研究所發展之安全氣候量表(SCS)具有良好效度及信度。
The main purpose of this study is to develop a safety climate scale (SCS) that could be employed to evaluate the safety climate in TFT-LCD industries in Taiwan. The authors enforced a questionnaire survey to attain this objective. The population was 560 managers and engineers in a TFT-LCD manufacturing industry in central Taiwan. The authors adopted judgmental sampling to obtain data from 120 managers and engineers in this manufacturing industry. The total of the respondents are 91, yielding a response rate of 75.83%. The authors conducted exploratory factor analysis and internal consistency analysis with SPSS 12.0, and then extracted three factors such as employees’ commitment to safety, emergency response and risk perceived. Each eigen-value is over 6.94 and the accumulative explained variance reaches 64.34%; moreover, Cronbach’s α of the subscale and the whole scale are more than 0.91. It implies that the SCS shows good validity and reliability.
