Title:	組織因素與個人因素對TFT-LCD製造業安全氣候的交互作用

Abstract:	本研究目的乃在探討「組織因素」與「個人因素」對安全氣候的影響。為達成研究目的，研究人員採取問卷調查研究法。研究對象為台灣中部某TFT-LCD製造業中四個部門的560名主管及工程師。經立意抽樣抽取360受試者，並發給每位受試者一份問卷及紀念品。經催覆後，共獲得有效問卷168份。資料經編碼後，以SPSS12.0統計车軟體進行二因子多變量變異數分析(two-way MANOVA)，結果顯示有3項交互作用達統計上顯著水準：所屬單位分別與性別、職稱及事故經驗有交互作用。因此，本研究建議管理者可特別關注「組織因素」與「個人因素」交互作用的情形，以營造正面的安全氣候。
