Title:	組織因素與個人因素對安全績效的交互作用：以TFT-LCD製造業為例

Abstract:	本研究目的旨在探討「組織因素」與「個人因素」對安全績效的影響。為達成研究目的，研究人員採取調查研究法進行研究。研究對象為台灣中部某TFT-LCD製造業中四個部門的主管及工程師，共560人，經立意抽樣抽取360受試者，並發給每一位受試者一份問卷及紀念品，受試者經研究人員催覆後，共獲得有效問卷168份(有效回收率為57.22%)。資料經整理後，研究人員以SPSS12.0統計軟體進行二因子多變量變異數分析(two-way MANOVA)，其結果顯示，有3項交互作用達顯著水準：所屬單位分別與工作年資、職稱及事故經驗具有交互作用。因此，不同的「個人因素」對安全績效的知覺是否不同，必須視「組織因素」而定。研究者建議，組織欲追求卓越的安全績效，可藉由透過同時考量各種內外在因素，以達成組織目標。 This study explores the interaction effects of organizational factors and individual factors on safety performance. The researcher employed a questionnaire survey to attain this objective. The population was 560 managers and engineers in a TFT-LCD manufacturing industry in central Taiwan. A purposive sampling was used to select 360 subjects. The usable sample size was 168, yielding response rates of 57.22%. The researchers used a two-way multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) to analyze the data. The researchers found that there are significant interaction effects on safety performance between 1) units and seniority; 2) units and title; 3) units and accident experience. As such, whether or not individual perception of safety performance differs must be determined by the organizational factors. It is suggested that organizations like consider the internal and external factors simultaneously, and then will complete the organizational objective.
