Abstract: By utilizing a pre-mixing method, we can prepare a supported metallocene catalyst producing a polyethylene of larger granular size and containing fewer fine particles than that prepared by the conventional adsorption of metallocene on a MAO-coated SiOx surface. Such supported catalyst helps to eliminate the reactor fouling during polymerization of ethylene.
