Abstract: 本研究是以大專院校學生為研究對象,探討學生所喜愛的教師其人格特質為何?採用便利抽樣發放問卷,獲得有效問卷275 份,資料分析採用項目分析、因素分析、信度分析及典型相關分析作為研究使用之工具,研究結果顯示:抽樣的樣本中以女性、22 歲四年級的大學生居多;填答者喜愛的教師性別是女性教師;喜愛教師所授課之課程則以必修居多。大學生填答其所喜愛之教師人格特質分別為聰明的、有系統的、有效率的、有組織的及精力旺盛的。從典型相關分析摘要中發現教師之「外向性」主要是受到學生「宜人性」的影響;教師之「外向性」、「宜人性」及「嚴謹與開放性」主要是受到學生「開放性」的影響。
The purpose of this study was to discover the teacher's personal characteristics which students like. The research object was college students. The survey questionnaires were used to collect data and questionnaires were distributed to 275. Item analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and canonical correlation analysis were used to analysis data. The conclusions of this research were summarized as following: 1. The majority group of respondents was female, age of 22, at senior level, and they like female teachers and teachers in prescribed courses. College students responded their favorite teacher's personal characteristic were intelligent, systematic, efficiency, organize and energy. According to the result of the canonical correlation, the agreeableness students have significantly relationship with extraversion teachers. The openness experience students have significantly relationship with extraversion, agreeableness and conscientiousness and experience teacher.
