Abstract: 本研究旨在探討機構投資人的持股意願與公司的股利政策及庫藏股之間的關聯性。研究結果發現機構投資人對於不發放股利的股票比較沒有興趣，而且，當股利發放愈多時機構投資人的持股意願也會隨之增加。反之，機構投資人的持股意願並不會影響到公司的股利政策。最後，本研究發現在政府頒訂「上市上櫃公司買回本公司股份辦法」後，機構投資人對於庫藏股購回策略的重視程度更勝於股利政策。
