Abstract: 本研究旨於藉由「創意英語學習走廊建置」,給予學生跨領域之創意發想及實踐,以提升技職生之創造力與英語學習情意。研究對象爲42位科大國企系學生。研究方法採用單組實驗設計,進行實驗教學一學期。資料搜集方式包括問卷調查、文件分析及深入訪談。研究結果顯示,學生作品呈現整體、實用、獨特及抽象等創意特質;在英語學習情意方面(如動機、自信、冒險精神、焦慮等)亦獲得改善;創意英語任務之執行困難,經費不足乃爲主要因素。
This study aimed at enhancing students' creativity and English learning affect by using the creative English task-"Establishment of Creative English Learning Hallway", which provides students with interdisciplinary practice of creativity. Participants in this study are forty-two students majoring in International Trade at a university of Technology. A single-group experimental design was conducted along with questionnaire survey, document analysis and in-depth interviews. Results indicated that students could produce work in accordance with features of creativity (i.e., uniformity, usefulness, originality and abstraction); and that affective factors (such as motivation, self-esteem, risk-taking, anxiety, etc.) related to subjects' English learning were improved. The findings also showed that the major obstacle for the implementation was the lack of budget.
