Abstract: In this paper, a novel active matrix pixel design was proposed to drive CNT-FED. In past, passive matrix driving method was used widely due to its low cost fabrication process, but it still has some drawbacks such as its higher instantaneous luminance and more power dissipated on finite conductance of row/column line. We proposed an active matrix method to solve this problem.
