Abstract:	九年一貫課程綱要一再闡述本位經營，課程落實關鍵在於教師能因應學校場地、設備與統整資源，來編輯教材，設計教案、創意效能教學；學生能快樂學習、健康成長中，適性潛能開發多元智慧，培養真正終生可用的能力。本文係以「飛盤擲接與跑壘」代替「棒球比賽」來設計教學，並於彰化縣九十一學年度「健康與體育」領域教學觀摩中實施－「我操控了UFO」作一次示範，也期望領域先進能惠予指導與分享經驗。
