Abstract: 生物質能,為新一代能源,它的來源是以大豆、花生、葡萄籽、玉米、葵花子等作物提煉的油料。在國內有非常多的花生油、大豆油、、、等傳統產業的製油工廠,製油的設備、方法及效率已有一定的基礎,本計畫,目的在培育高中職校學生在生物質能之科學知識,本計劃先由花生油的製油工廠開始,花生種子的脫皮、脫膠、脫色、、等煉油過程瞭解及學習,油料轉換成生物柴油、油料成分分析、柴油車引擎及燃料系統、工具講解、實習設備操作的概念講述、分組討論等。除讓學生實地參觀製油工廠,瞭解花生油的製作外,也讓學生以實驗室的方法製作花生油,最後將油轉化成生質柴油,使用於柴油車上並作廢氣污染分析。但是花生油為人類可以食用之糧食,如用來作為生質柴油,容易引起糧食危機。而痲瘋樹種子及掌葉蘋婆同屬梧桐科,果實相同,含油量為花生油的三倍,且適合於荒地、旱地及山坡地,除了水土保持作用亦具有吸收二氧化碳行光合作用之減碳效果,可說是優質的“綠色能源”,所以培育中學學校學生從花生油的傳統產業生產認知到適合生質能源種子產油的製作及其
在車輛動力及環境污染影響上,極具重要意義。因此在研習結束後,本計畫將教導學生種子如何種植,並發給每位學生三至四科痲瘋樹或掌葉蘋婆種子,讓學生帶回去種,讓科技種子萌芽。
Biomass is a new generation of energy. The source of Biomass is refined by soybean, peanut, grape seed, corn, sunflower seeds and other crops. There are very many traditional industries oil factory in the domestic peanut oil, soybean oil…et al. The equipment, methods and efficiency for oil manufacturing has been a foundation. At nurturing high school vocational school students in the scientific knowledge of biomass is the goal of this project. The project is first visiting a peanut oil factory. The refining oil process such as peanut seeds peeling, deguming, bleaching will be understood and learn. Oil converted into bio-diesel fuel composition analysis, diesel vehicle engines and fuel systems, tools, lectures, exercises explained the concept of the operation of equipment, group discussions can be used. The students visit Oil plant site and understand the production of peanut oil, but also allow students to make peanut oil at laboratory. Finally, the refined oil will be transferred into biodiesel used to diesel engine. The result of exhaust pollution was analyzed. However, the peanut oil is human food. If the peanut oil is used as a bio-diesel fuel, easily lead to food crisis. The Jatropha curcas seeds and palm leaves belong to Sterculiaceae Sterculia. The fruits are the same. Their oil content are three times of peanut oil. The Jatropha curcas and palm leaves are suitable for wastelands, drylands, and mountain slopes. In addition to the role of soil and water conservation also has to absorb carbon dioxide, photosynthesis of the effect of reducing carbon. It is a high-quality "green energy". Training secondary school students from the realization of peanut oil of the traditional industrial transferred seed oil into biomass energy and applied to vehicle dynamics and significance of environmental pollution is important meaning. Therefore, after the end of the study, this project will teach students how to grow seeds and distribute to each student for three to four subjects jatropha or palm leaves sterculia seed. The seeds will be took home by students, so that the seed of science and technology is germination.
