Abstract:	科學教育的革新，須從理論、實務和政策的層面整體的加以考量，並注重國際間的改革趨勢和經驗。本文旨在從政策的層面評介美國、英國、澳洲，以及鄰近的日本、韓國、香港之科學教育的革新，從這些國家或地區在近十年內公佈的教育改革方案，檢視其有關科學教育政策的內涵，從而注意到國內推動科學教育可資借鏡之處，包括：科學教育政策改革應與社會發展需求相呼應，科學教育政策內涵的一貫性，配合科學教育政策的制定更宜有具體可行的行動計畫，注意政策制訂過程之嚴密性，政策制訂過程中亦宜慮及多元參與人文社會議題，以及要建立良好的評鑑與回饋機制。無英文摘要
