Abstract:	本研究經由參與一所國中成立之以學校為本位之專業成長團體進行由校內的教師、資深教師、與大學教授、研究生等的合作式行動研究，以凱利方格技術訪問教師在行動研究前後的教學信念，並收集學校教師進行的領域會議、小組會議、課室觀察記錄、教師反省紀錄、教學文件等資料進行質性研究，以瞭解教師的教學信念及行動研究過程中教學信念改變的情形。
